Services Offered: 

• Responding and prevention of abuse, violence, separation, neglect & exploitation against children.
• Support for unaccompanied minors (child headed households & children under foster care).
• Placement of children in alternative care arrangements.
• Support foster parents in improving their condition to provide safe and protective care.
• Protection, prevention and response services to child survivors of GBV.
• Support and promote community and family based care.

Eligibility Criteria:

• No appointment is required 
• Eligibility differs by service 
• Referral cases only the following services: Children with high-risk cases i.e. SGBV, unaccompanied minors 

Accessibility:

• Safe and private space at the Child-friendly spaces (CFS)  
• Continued check-ins to be sure you can get the help you need through field offices   
• Children below 18 years  
• All services listed are free of charge

• Saturday is open from 08.00 AM - 01.00 PM
