Services are offered to refugees, asylum seekers and survivors of SGBV (refugees and host community)
Accessibility
Services provided in English and Kiswahili languages. Translation services are available in refugee languages with the help of a translator. Services are available without referrals.
Interpretation for Oromo, Somali, South Sudanese, English, and Kiswahili languages is consistently available at our premises.

Female interpreters are available.

Offices are closed on public holidays. Calls can be made outside working hours, for urgent cases. Due to COVID 19, legal and counselling services is made through appointment by calling RCK numbers.
