Eligibility Requirements and Accessing Services 

  • Must have recognized government documentation. 
  • This service is closed on public holidays. 
  • No appointments required.  
  • Account opening is free of charge          
  • Cheque deposits minimum balance of Kes 3,600,
  • Withdrawals at counter costs between Kes 0 to 200
  • Sending is charged based on amount
  • Receiving money is free of charge
  • Services provided in English and Kiswahili languages
  • The following services require a fee: Sending and withdrawing money.
