- All clients have to be refugees/asylum seekers

- Safe and private space for one-on-one counselling
- Continued check-ins to ensure you get the assistance you need.
- An interpreter will go with you to other service providers
- Interpretation is available by phone to help you communicate with other service providers
- Interpreters are available for the following languages: Somali, Oromo, Dinka, Nuer, Amharic, Swahili, English
- Female interpreters are available for the languages indicated above
- No sign Language available
- The entrance to this location has a ramp
